Ukrainian artist Oleg Shuplyak masters the optical illusion in his incredible scenic oil paintings.

Through strategically placed characters, objects and coloring, Shuplyak’s surrealist works depict historical famous figures, including Darwin, Van Gogh and Shakespeare.

Shuplyak makes the second image so easily recognizable in many of his paintings, that observers might miss the original image.
